  • We offer you several options:
  • Orders above R 500 cannot be shipped via SA Post Office at present . We apologise for any inconvenience!
  • Most orders are shipped from us (or become ready for collection) within 1-3 business days from receiving full payment. See F.A.Q. below for more information.
  • We fully insure all shipments at our expense, we take full responsibility for all deliveries and we guarantee that you will receive your order (even if we have to re-ship it), or else, we will refund the full amount paid by you for that order!
  • Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that you receive your order on time (as advertised on our web site), we do not guarantee it, nor we can be held liable for any delays whatsoever.
  • We do not ship to addresses outside South Africa. If you do not have an address in South Africa and wish to purchase from us non-electronic goods, you must organize your own courier to collect your order from us.
  • We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service than the one selected upon checkout, subject to the alternative service being equivalent or better than the one selected.
Shipping: Frequently Asked Questions
  • How long it takes to ship my order?
    Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after being paid. Should your order take longer to ship, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time via email. We encourage you to use the product enquiry links available on all product pages to confirm availability and shipping times for each product you are interested in purchasing. Alternatively, you can add all the products you wish to order in your cart, and confirm availablity for all of them at once from the My cart page.
  • How long it takes to deliver?
    When you are selecting the courier service upon checkout, delivery time is indicated next to the courier name. These times indicated are in business days, and they are not guaranteed. Note that the delivery time commences from the time your order is shipped, and not from the time you place the order. For most items we ship the orders within 1-3 business days, but for some items it can take much longer. If you require your goods urgently or before a certain date, please make a note of that when you placing your order, so we can inform you well in advance if we foresee any potential delay.
  • What if my order goes missing?
    We guarantee all order deliveries until such time when you acknowledge receipt by signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event of your order being lost, we will re-ship your order and bear all the costs involved. Unfortunately this can cause some delay, which we cannot be held responsible for. In the unlikely event that for whatever reason we are unable to re-ship your order we will refund to you the full order amount (including the shipping cost).
  • Can you ship to P. O. Box?
    Yes, we can, but only for orders up to the value of R 500. Orders above R 500 can only be shipped to physical address.
  • Can you ship overseas?
    We do not provide option on our web site to ship internationally, but you can arrange your own courier to collect from us.
  • I need to ship an item back to you, how do I do that?
    We will arrange our courier to pick up the item from you at a time convenient for you. For more details, please visit the My Products & Warranties section of your account.
  • Do I have to wait for the money transfer to go through, before my order gets shipped?
    Yes! We will not ship any order which is not paid in full. The fastest way to expedite shipping your order is for you to pay by Credit Card or EFT.
