Summary
Please refer to the My Products & Warranties section for more information on a particular product. Depending on the reason for the return, the following general rules apply:
- Faulty goods under warranty: we arrange a courier to collect the goods from you. All costs involved are paid by us, including the re-shipping cost for the goods once repaired or replaced.
- Faulty goods out of warranty: we arrange a courier to collect the goods from you. You are liable for all shipping/re-shipping and repair costs involved. We will not ship the product back before such costs have been paid.
- Return for other reasons: we do have 7 days return policy (from the date of receiving the delivery) for products of up to R 500, excluding software, games and consumables, provided the product is in resellable condition (unopen/sealed and with all accessories, booklets, cables, CDs, etc). You are liable for all shipping costs involved.
- In case of a return for refund, under no circumstances we shall refund more than 100% of the product purchase price!

I need to ship a faulty product back to you, how do I do that and do I have to pay for it?
If under warranty, we will incur any shipping cost involved. If not under warranty, you are liable for all shipping costs involved. Please refer to the My Products & Warranties section to check if the faulty item is under warranty.

Can I return my purchase?
We do have 7 days return/exchange policy (counted from the date of receiving the delivery) for
products with purchase price up to R 500, except for products falling under the exclusion list below.
You can return products meeting the above criteria only if they are in pristine condition,
in which case full refund will be issued.
You are liable for the return shipping cost, although we can arrange the collection from you.

Products that cannot be returned for refund, unless defective:
- Software - including computer and video games;
- Consumables - paper, blank media, cartridges, etc.;

Can I return a product struck by lightening?
Unless otherwise stated, we cannot honour the standard product warranty if the product has been struck by lightening. Nevertheless, you can contact us, and we will try to assist you with repairing the product at your cost.
