Things you should know before transferring money
- Use your order number as a reference for your payment.
- Transfer from another bank can take up to 2 business days to reflect.
- We recommend that a proof of payment is emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 088 011 888 6127 (this is a fax to email number and does work, please do not remove any digits) as soon as payment has been made. This will allow us to secure stock for you order, although we will not ship it until your payment has been cleared into our account.
- Cheque deposits are subject to the bank’s clearance period, which can take up to 2 weeks. Your order will only be processed after our bank clears the money. This can take up to 2 weeks; therefore we do not recommend this method of payment as we will not be liable if stock runs out of any/all items that you have ordered..
