Vodacom TopUp contract numbers cannot be loaded with Promo bundl
We at present can not load Promotional bundles on Vodacom Top up contract numbers. The current promotion ends 30 June 2013. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Vodacom promo bundle balances
Vodacom has changed how one can see the Promotional data balances, to see the promotional data balance, please do the following: Call *111#, Choose "Balances", Choose "Promotional" (this is a new menu item), Choose the bundle shown, i.e. "MyGig 1 Promotional Bundle".
Please note that Promotional bundles are used first before normal bundles. So if your sim still has data from a normal bundle and you have purchased a Promo bundle from Nivo Shopping and our system emailed you that it is loaded and you do a sim balance it will show the normal bundles balance, but your Promo bundle has been loaded and you can check the balance by following the steps above.
