some early tips
You pay for a lot of extra gadgets like GPS and remote control that you may not need - but a good camera. Read more ...
PROSJust started using camcorder, Filming quality is good at just 4Gb per hour so I can get over 7 hours from internal memory. The battery seems to last well. I needed to record from external sound sources and converted signal to mic level. The input worked fine.
CONSUsing built in USB lead it took 20 minutes to download a 4Gb (1 hour) file to a PC. Using a mini USB cable and the socket on the side it took less than a minute. Why is the built in lead there, I was filming in the garden and wind noise seems an issue.
