Works well.
It works well. The price is good although I see Samsung is cheaper. Then again, Seagate has been making hard drives for more than two decades, and that is all they do. In comparison Samsung has been making drives for five minutes, and Samsung make toasters and vacuum cleaners too, so who do you think has the more expertise in drive building?
The included software is crap - it's supposed to be a full licensed version but it keeps saying it's a trial version. I wasn't willing to risk encrypting my backups using trial software that might expire and lock me out of my backup. Use Truecrypt instead - Google it.
