Olympus XZ-1 : a bit confused from all the hype and ratings vs. Nikon P7000

CONSI would really like to know why there are such huge inconsistencies in the ratings on this site. They keep silent on some major turn-offs about this camera, while they highlight some non-pertinent flaws on the one I'm replacing it with.

Poor video quality spoils an amazing camera
Fair enough, buying a camera should not imply you get a great video camera as well?! Not so: there are many compact camera's around with exceptional HD video, Panasonics for example. The XZ-1's video is almost unusable. If there was a UFO landing in front of me, I may give it a try. Read more ...
