The first page in 15 seconds 15 to 34 seconds for the first page, you'll need to be patient! From our experience, even though we knew responsiveness wasn't its strong point, we kept wondering if we'd forgotten to press the print button and whether we should press it again. UPDATE 2011. Glad I Switched to Lexmark
I got very tired of HP's costly inks and noisy printers that seemed to have more and more problems. As I researched computers it seemed that Lexmark had a much better reputation and certainly cheaper inks. I have not been disappointed. Read more ...

Lexmark hit a home run with the Pinnacle Pro 900
Lexmark hit a home run with this one. It self feeds for scanning and the print cartridges are CHEAP!!!! I bought one of these brand new a year ago and decided I needed one at home so I went to ebay and bought another. It's nice to have fax/copy/scan/print in my office and now in my home. Read more ...

NO 5 YR WARRANTY-FALSE CLAIM
I got a print head error and cleaned the printer as mentioned on the Lexmark website. After several hours I called the Lexmark customer service and they helped me with cleaning process. Read more ...
