Using the easy-to-use PCMCIA Plug & Play interface, you can be one step away from watching and recording your favorite TV programs even while you are on the move! Deriving the power from the CardBus gives great mobility as no external power adaptor is required.

Incorporating the new generation high-quality silicon tuner and Philips SAA7135 9-bit ADC video processor, VideoMate P300 lets users enjoy and experience crystal clear video quality TV viewing, video recording MPEG-1/2/4 files capabilities, S3 (Standby) / S4 (Hibernation) mode power up scheduled recording, using timeshift to pause and instant replay live TV, channel surfing, FM radio reception, and capturing single/multiple still frames with a keyboard, mouse, or even remote control on your laptop. Also, the VideoMate P300 provides S-video, composite video, and stereo input for transfer analog video or video tape into digital formats and a world of enhanced TV services on your laptop.

VideoMate P300 comes bundled with Compro's own unique Compro PVR 2 software to provide additional useful features. Also, VideoMate P300 bundles the ComproDVD 2 software and card designed remote control for TV watching, recording and DVD playback, just like your TV or VCR.
