Patience! Patience! From off position this printer takes over a minute to print the first page. This corresponds to the average for the previous generation. By current standards this is very long. Another recent Brother, the HL-2270DW, takes 19 seconds. Read more ...

I've owned this printer for a little less than a week now and have been very pleasantly surprised by it's performance. I've had great luck with Brother printers in the past and this printer has only reinforced my belief that Brother printers are well built little work horses. Read more ...

Great for a small business
I previously used a Lexmark 543dn. Though a good quality printer, it was noisy and the running costs were astronomical! In the end, I replaced it with this Brother. Much quieter printer, and research indicates that the running costs will be about a quarter of the Lexmark's. Read more ...

Just Like My Brother
The Brother HL-4070CDW color laser printer is not cheap, but it does have a lot of extras and upgrades that warrants the price. Unlike previous models, this newer version will allow wireless connection, duplex print and postscript emulation. Read more ...
